22 January 2019, the second of the usually two annual CAS Bulletins of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne got published. The latter have a significant influence on Commercial Arbitration in Switzerland as well.
After the Editorial two interesting Articles follow. Then a major part features twelve Leading Decisions.
Therein included is the decision CAS 2017/A/5205 FC Koper v. Football Association of Slovenia (NZS) issued 6 March 2018. The Panel consisted of Svenja Geissmar (United Kingdom) as President of our Panel and the other Arbitrators Mr. Rui Botica Santos (Portugal) and Dr. Dominik Kocholl (Austria). We are happy to have contributed to a small part of the lex sportiva.
